ORDER
. Plaintiff bank taken out this Chamber Summons for
substitute service through paper publication against Defendant Nos. 2, 3
and 4.
2. Writ of summons was issued against the defendant Nos. 2,
3 and 4 but returned with the remark in respect of Defendant No.2
"Left" and returned with the remark in respect of Defendant Nos.3 and 4

"Not Claimed". Therefore, plaintiff wants to serve the summons on
defendant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 through paper publication and prays that
summons be published in "Free Press Journal" in English and
"Navshakti" in Marathi.
3. In view of above discussion, I proceed to pass following
order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.499/2019 is made absolute in terms
of prayer clause.
