Heard Ld.advocates of both the parties.  In the present case the main issue is with regard to Rent/compensation to be paid by deft.no.1 to the plffs.  Plffs are directed to file undertaking on record that they are residing in the suit premises at their own risk and MCGM will not be held responsible if any untoward incident occurs.   Considering the nature of dispute, in my opinion, parties may be benefited if the matter is referred to Mediation.  So far as deft.nbo.2 MCGM is concerned, at this stage, the relief claim against is of mandatory nature.  The main contestants are plffs and deft.no.1 and they have consented for referring the matter for mediation.   In my opinion, there are elements of settlement between plffs and deft no.1.
