Perused notice of motion, contents of plaint, documents annexed thereto and heard Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff.  In this suit relating to preferential right to acquire an immovable property U/s 22 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the plaintiff has come up with a case that defendants no. 4 to 6 sold their share in the suit premises to defendant no. 8 to 12 on 24.06.2019 ignoring the preferential right of the plaintiff and therefore the plaintiff has sought declaration that the said conveyance be declared void and consequential relief of injunction.  The defendants, though served, have not appeared and put up their case contesting the plaintiff\''s claim.  If temporary injunction in terms of prayer clause (a) is not granted, the defendants may create third party rights in the suit premises resulting in multiplicity of proceedings and more inconvenience to the plaintiff.  Therefore, this is fit case to grant ad-interim relief.  Hence, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is granted till next date.  The plaintiff to communicate this order to the defendants within seven days from today.  For the sake of convenience prayer clause (a) is reproduced as under -
