counsel are present. In terms of settlement
vide Exhibit-5 and Exhibit-9. Plaintiff
sought withdrawal of suit and defendant
sought withdrawal of counter claim. In
view of terms of settlement vide Exh-5 and
Exh-9 suit No.607 of 2019 and Counter
Claim No.4028 of 2019 stands withdrawn.
Court fees be refunded to plaintiff in Suit
No.607 of 2019 and defendant (plaintiff in
counter claim) in Counter Claim No.4028
of 2019 as per law. Suit and Counter Claim
