Verified facts from the plaintiff. He has been identified by his
advocate. The plaintiff has filed the attested copy of Aadhar Card.
He admits his signature on the application and contents thereof and
states that he wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
Defendant No.1 has no objection to withdraw the suit. On perusal
of roznama it appears that the suit was pending for WS and reply of
NM. Considering the stage of the suit permission is granted to
withdraw the suit unconditionally. Hence, the order.
ORDER Below Exh.1.
1. In view of the application at Exh.8, the suit is disposed off as
withdrawn unconditionally.
2. Suit No. 389 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
3. Bill of cost be prepared accordingly.
As the suit is withdrawn, N/M No.873/2020 taken out by the plaintiff does
not survive. Accordingly N/M No. 873/2020 stands disposed of.
