Verified facts from the plaintiff. She has been identified by her advocate. The plaintiff has filed the attested copy of Aadhar Card. She admits her signature on the application and contents thereof and states that she wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally. Defendant No.1 has no objection to withdraw the suit. On perusal of roznama it appears that the suit was pending for WS and reply of NM. Considering the stage of the suit permission is granted to withdraw the suit unconditionally. Hence, the order.
