compliance of order dtd. 11/10/2022 where by plaintiff is
directed to serve copy of Plaint and document to the
defendant. However, plaintiff has not complied the order.
Neither plaintiff nor his advocate present. The plaintiff has
not complied order this shows that the plaintiff is not
interested to proceed with the suit . Hence, I have no option
to dismiss the Suit. Hence, I passed following order -
ORDER 1. L.C. Suit No. 899/2020 is dismissed for want of
compliance.
