This chamber summons is taken by the plaintiffs seeking extension of time to pay costs in terms of order passed in chamber summons No.183 of 2017. It is stated that plaintiff was not aware about the order passed in chamber summons no.183 of 2017, therefore, could not comply the order. From the roznama dated 15.11.2017 it is seen that advocate for plaintiffs and defendants were present. The roznama dated 06.12.2017 also shows that plaintiff was present before the Court in person. From the record it is seen that ground for extension of time is contrary to the record. However, it is just and necessary to give opportunity to the plaintiffs to -- 1 of 3 -- ORDER ..2.. comply the order passed in chamber summons no.183 of 2017. Hence following order is passed to meet both the ends of justice. ORDER 1. Chamber Summons No.315 of 2018 is hereby allowed. 2. Time extended to pay costs amount in terms of order in chamber summons no.183 of 2017, subject to further costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the defendant no.1 and 2. 3.
