Order below Exh.01 The plaintiff and defendant have
amicabely settled the dispute of recovery of money before
the Lok-adalat in view of settlement terms asserted in
Exhibit 02. The plaintiff has admitted that the sum of
Rs.11,55,859/- is already received from the defendant and
the same is acknowledge by them. Hence the present suit is
amicabely fully and finally settled as per settlement terms.
Thereby the award be drawn accordingly. Present Summary
Suit No.02 of 2017 is amicably fully and finally settled.
