ORDER
1. Heard Ld. Advocate for plaintiffs/applicants. Perused
Service affidavit. Inspite of service, none appeared for the defendants.
The applicants by way of present application seeking permission to
bring legal heirs of deceased plaintiff no.2 on record for taking
necessary steps and for execution of decree passed in Suit No.
1849/1985 dated 31.3.1993.

2. Admittedly, the applicants are legal heirs of plaintiff no.2.
Similar application has been allowed by my Predecessor vide order
dated 17.12.2019 passed in Misc. Appln. No. 119/2019. In view of the
same, I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Misc. Application No.35 of 2020 is hereby allowed.
2. Applicants no. 1 to 3 are hereby permitted to be brought on
record in execution proceedings as only legal heirs and
representatives of deceased plaintiff no.2 Dr. Dinesh Bhatt.
3. The applicants are also granted leave and permitted to take all
necessary legal steps, including transfer of decree proceedings, as
L.Rs of deceased plaintiff no.2 in the execution of decree passed
in Suit No.1849/1985 dated 31.3.1993.
4. M.A is disposed of accordingly.
