He admitted the contents of reply is true and correct it appears that the notary as well as the advocate of plaintiff has explained the contents of say to the defendant in Hindi. On inquiry the defendant himself admitted that he has no intention to disturb the possession of the plaintiff over the suit property. Hence, his statement is kept on record.
