ORDER BELOW NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 6176/2024
Perused notice of motion and affidavit in support annexed herewith. Despite opportunity defendants have not filed their reply to present NM. It proceeded ex-parte against them.
         Having considered material placed on record, it reveals that, plaintiffs have justified there absence before the Court. Plaintiff is ready to proceed with the matter effectively. As such the version put forth by the plaintiff remained unchallenged. Therefore there is every reason to believe that the excuse of absence put forth by the plaintiff, seems believable. To avoid multiplicity of litigation and to have an end to the fraction between the parties, instant motion deserves approval. Hence, Notice of motion bearing no. 6176/2024 is allowed.
