JUDGMENT
1. Petitioners are husband and wife. Respondent no.1 is the

grandmother and respondent no.2 is the paternal uncle of minor
Deepali Arun Jadhav. The father of minor Deepali, namely Arun
Pandurang Jadhav expired on 13/7/2009. The mother of the Deepali
namely Prajakta expired on 28/10/2019. Since the death of parents of
Deepali, she is residing with the petitioners. Hence, petitioners prayed
for their appointment as a guardian of minor Deepali Arun Jadhav. The
notice was issued to respondent no. 1 & 2 but did not appear in the
case. A public notice was issued in the news paper Active Times dated
20/12/2021 calling upon the public, the objection if any. But none
appeared. Considering the documents on record and the fact that the
interest of the petitioners is not against the minor Deepali. Therefore, I
am of the opinion that petitioners are the fit persons to appoint them as
a legal guardian of Deepali Arun Jadhav. Hence, I pass the following
order.
ORDER
1. Guardian Petition No.83/2020 is allowed.
2. Petitioners no.1 Suvarna Sudhakar Dandekar and no.2
Sudhakar Shankar Dandekar are appointed as a legal
guardian of minor Deepali Arun Jadhav for all purposes till
she attains the age of majority.
3. Guardian Petition No.83/2020 stand disposed of
accordingly.
