ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintiff and learned Advocate for
the defendant corporation.
2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint
as per schedule -I mentioned in the chamber summons.
3. The suit is posted for evidence. The suit is for declaration of right
of plaintiff in suit premises. The plaintiff by this chamber summons
seeks her share and possession of the suit premises.

4. The chambers summons is opposed by the defendant
Corporation. It is contended that false and concocted stories are put by
the plaintiff to pressurize the defendant/corporation.
The trial is yet to commence. The amendment sought are
subsequent facts which would not change the nature of the suit would
also not prejudice the defence of the corporation.
In order to avoid the multiplicity of the suit, the amendment
sought needs to be allowed. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 449 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
