None for the respondent/ J.D. ORAL ORDER 1. Plaintiff/Decree holder has filed present proceeding for correction of the name of decree holder in the decree. It is contended by the plaintiff/decree holder that vide Judgment dated 7/10/2016 Suit of the plaintiff was decree and as per the Judgment decree has been prepared. But in the cause title of the decree name of the plaintiff was due to typographical mistake wrongly typed as “Devision Engineering Company” instated of “Devkisin Engineering Company”. Therefore the decree holder prayed to correct the said typographical mistake. 2. I have gone through the contents of application alongwith the documents filed on record. The name of the plaintiff company is -- 1 of 3 -- 2 M.A.818 Devkisin Engineering Company, but in the decree the same was mistakenly written as Devision Engineering Company. This being typographical mistake and therefore I am of the consider opinion that the said mistake needs to be corrected. Hence I pass following order. ORDER 1. M.A. 8/2018 is hereby allowed. 2. The name of the plaintiff company be corrected as “Devkisin Engineering Company” in the case title of the Decree. 3. No order as to cost. 4. M.A. No.8/2018 is disposed off accordingly.
