. Plaintiff bank taken out this chamber summons for
substitute service through paper publication against Defendant Nos. 1, 3
and 4.
2. Writ of summons was issued against the defendant Nos.1, 3
and 4 but returned with the remark "Intimate post (INT)/Not Claimed",
therefore, plaintiff wants to serve the summons on defendant Nos.1, 3
and 4 through paper publication and prays that summons be published
in "Free Press Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi.
