As the matter is likely to be compromise therefore N/m 588/18 is not

withdrawn. It be removed from Board.
Both the parties have filed consent terms. It is t.o.r.and marked at
Exh.3.
All the parties to the suit have admitted their respective signatures on
the consent terms. All of them have also admitted the contents of
consent terms. Today the plaintiff have handed over the keys of suit
flat to the defendants. The defendants have received the keys. From
the consent terms on record, it is proved that the suit has been wholly
adjusted by the lawful agreement/compromise terms in writing and
signed by the parties as per Exh.3. Hence as per the provisions of
Order 23, Rule 3 of the C.P.C., Consent Decree be drawn up
accordingly as per Exh.3. The suit is disposed of accordingly.
