Accordingly the plaintiff tried to publish writ of summons in free press journal and Navshakti but publication charges of these news papers are not affordable. Therefore instead of publishing the writ of summons, public notice be issued to defendant Nos.6 and 7. I understand the anxiety of plaintiff. But as per rules the suit summons (writ of summons) is required to be published. Hence this chamber summons cannot be allowed. Hence I pass following order
