Perused N/m and reply. Also perused the documents on record. Heard both the sides. Without going into the merits of the notice of motion and suit, at this stage, the Ld.adv.for plff.submitted that the plaintiff is ready to file regularization proposal before the MCGM. The plaintiff to submit the regularization proposal with the MCGM within six weeks from today. The period of six weeks objected by MCGM. However, for the reasons submitted, the plaintiff is granted six weeks of time to submit the regularization proposal with the MCGM as per the rules , regulations and policy of the MCGM. No coercive action will be taken on behalf of MCGM till the consideration of regularization proposal and two weeks thereafter if the proposal is rejected. Draft N/m is disposed of accordingly. It be registered for statistical purpose.
