no objection for withdrawal of the suit and defendant nos.1 to 3
also have informed on telephone that defendant nos.1 to 3 have
no objection for withdrawal of this suit. VERIFICATION

submitted that he is intending to withdraw this suit

Plaintiff has withdrawn this suit unconditionally vide
withdrawal pursis Exh.5. Defendant no.4 has given no
objection for said withdrawal and it is submitted that on behalf
of defendant no.4 that defendant nos.1 to 3 also have informed
by telephone to defendant no.4 that defendant nos.1 to 3 also
have no objection for withdrawal of this suit. Hence, suit
stands disposed off as withdrawn.Issue refund certificate in the
name of plaintiff as per rules.Suit stands disposed off as per
