Perused the chamber summons. The plaintiff no. 1 has no objection to delete his name from the cause title but, he has objection against the contents of the affidavit in support of chamber summons. It is pertain to note that the plaintiff no. 1 has also taken out Nm no. 3696 of 2018 to allow him to withdraw the suit.
