       Perused draft chamber summons and record. Heard Ld. counsel for plaintiff. On perusing service affidavit at Exh-8, it appears that writ of summons was sent through bailiff to the defendant, which is returned with remark No such kind of person name is there and he were about is not known. It is the last known address of defendant. Therefore, plaintiff wants serve writ of summons by way of substitute service by publishing writ of summons in two news papers (i.e. one in English and one in regional Language). Hence, considering the facts, I proceed the following order
