Perusing record, it appears that plaintiff filed this suit on 05.02.2019. The plaintiff seeking adjounment for taking appropriate steps. On 15.02.2019 the plaintiff filed Notice of Motion. Leave was also granted to plaintiff to register Notice of Motion. Thereafter, on 25.02.2019 by precipe the plaintiff filed draft Chamber Summons.
