ORAL ORDER
1) Perused chamber summons, affidavit in support of chamber
summons, affidavit in reply of defendant No.2 and affidavit in rejoinder
filed by plaintiff. Heard Ld. Counsel of plaintiff and Ld. Counsel for
defendant No.1.
2) Plaintiff submits that there is a clerical error while filing this suit.
Instead of notice dtd. 6-2-2019 addressed to plaintiff, the clerk of
advocate annexed a notice addressed to original allottees. Plaintiff now
desires to replace said notice at Exh.A by this notice.
3) This is a minor clerical error. This can be corrected. It will not
cause prejudice to defendants. Hence, I pass following order:-
ORDER
1) Chamber Summons No.418/2019 in L.C. Suit No.487/2019 is
allowed.

2) Plaintiff to take necessary steps to correct said error within four
weeks.
3) Chamber Summons No.418/2019 stands disposed off accordingly.
