	Plaintiff has taken out the Ch/s. praying service of Writ of summons by pasting the same at the outer side of the premises of the Defendant firm.  Bailiff Report dated 18/09/2019 reveals that Mr. Dhawal Chheda has refused to accept the service on behalf of the Defendant firm.  So also another report dated 06/01/2020 reveals that the premises was in locked condition and therefore service was not complete.  As such as there is no proper service of Writ of Summons as per the contentions of the Plaintiff, present Chamber Summons is allowed.  Plaintiff is permitted to serve the Defendant by pasting Writ of Summons on the outer side/door of the office of the Defendant firm.  Chamber Summons No. 328/2020 is disposed off accordingly.
