ORAL ORDER
Read application.
2. This application is taken out by the plaintiff for
return of Original Ration Card produced by him in Suit
No.1072/2020 after keeping verified copy of the record of
matter.
3. During pendency of the suit, the plaintiff filed
examination in chief and compilation of original documents.
Now, plaintiff required the original document i.e. Ration Card
for his personal use. Hence, in view of Order XIII Rule 9 (1) of
the Code of Civil Procedure, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER
1. Application (Exh.17) is allowed subject to conditions:-
(a) Original document i.e. Ration Card produced by the
plaintiff be returned to him.
(b) Plaintiff to file certified copy of original ration card
on record.
(c) Plaintiff is directed to produce said original ration
card as and when required by the Court.
2. Application (Exh.17) is disposed off.
