1. By this Notice of Motion the plaintiff has sought amendment to
correct the date as 27.1.1982 in place of 25.11.1981 mentioned in
paragraph No.3 of the plaint.
2. Notice of Motion is opposed on the ground that it is not
maintainable. The Motion is barred by limitation.
3. Perused. Heard.
4. Page 30 to the plaint reveals that the date of joint application is

27.1.1982. The nature of amendment reveals that it is correcting a
typographical error and is not affecting the case of either the plaintiff or
the defendants. The amendment, if allowed, will assist this Court to
decide the matter effectively. Hence the order:
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion 525 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a).
2. The amendment be carried out in the plaint within two weeks
from today.
