Order below NM no. 746/20 Perused the Nm which
is supported by an affidavit of partner of deft.no.18
Manish Jain. Heard learned advocates of both the
sides. This NM is with a prayer of providing certified
copy of entire Court receivers report. Dtd.
11/01/2018 along with all exhibits and video
recording if any. It is an admitted fact that the Court
receiver&amp#039s report is on record. Deft
no.18 is ready to bare the charges of Certified copy
or a charges require for copying video recording if
any. So when Court receiver has already submitted
the report on record , in my opinion no further
directions can be given to the Court receiver,
instead those certified copies can be providing to
deft.no.18 upon making necessary payment to that
effect. With these observation no purpose would be
served in keeping the NM pending . NM no. 746/20
stands disposed off upon directions that deft no.18
to pay necessary charges for certified copies of
Court receiver reports and other exhibits along with
video recording if any and office to provide the
same. NM No. 746/20 disposed off accordingly.
