allowed in following terms (i) The order dated 05.02.2019,
whereby it is recorded that the cross-examination of PW-2
recorded that the cross-examination of PW-2 PW-1 of
Plaintiff Nos.2(a) (i) to 2(a)(iv) is set aside and the
defendant Nos.1(a) to 1(e) are allowed to cross-examine the
said witness on cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid by the defendant
Nos.1(a) to 1(e) to the Plaintiff Nos.2(a)(i) to 2(a)(iv). 2.In
these terms, the Notice of Motion stands disposed of
accordingly. F.R.S.R following order is passed on N/M
No.781/19 O R D E R 1.The Notice of Motion No.781 of
2019 is hereby allowed and the witness No.1 of Plaintiff
Nos.1(a) to 1(c) i.e. Vijay Sharadprasad Gupta is recalled to
face the further cross-examination of defendant Nos.1(a) to
1(e) with further clarification that the evidence of the said
witness already recorded is part of the record. 2.In these
terms, the Notice of Motion stands disposed off accordingly.

and P.W.2 by D/1(a) and 1(2)
