It is to note, plff has applied to improper authority, plff company has erected without due permission from proper authority, exact location, with four boundaries of suit premises is not given. Deft no. 3 appeared to the owner, who is made deft no. 3.
It was necessary for plff to submit online application to proper authority, which knows to plff. Despite that, it appear that plff has created document vide page no. 47 and 48 by applying to B and F deft.
Considering aforesaid grounds, there is no case for Ad- interim relief.
