This Chamber Summons has been filed by the Plaintiffs for
deletion of name of deceased Defendant no. 3 and addition of the
names of the respondents in his place.
2. Heard both the sides. Perused the roznama and documents
on record.

3. It is observed that the Copy of the Death Certificate of the
deceased defendant no. 3 and the copy of the Partnership extract are
filed on record alongwith Chamber Summons.
4. The advocates of defendant nos. 1, 3 and 6 have no
objection to the Chamber Summons being allowed. Hence, considering
the circumstances before me and in the interest of justice, following
Order is passed :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 279 of 2018 is allowed.
2. Amendment to be carried out by next date.
