decided to sate-site order .dt.23.08.2018 passed in NM No.
1553/16. The advocate for deft submits that he will adopts
appropriate procedure to challenge the order passed in NM
No. 1553/16 dt. 23/08/2018 before the higher forum. Hence
these circumstances NM No. 755/19 taken out the
defendant stands disposed of with liberty to file the
appropriate proceeding the higher forum challenged dt.
