ORDER BELOW Exh. 1.
CA of plaintiff who is the signatory of the plaint is present along
with his advocate. He has admitted the contents in the application. The
plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally. Though D-3 is
absent, it reveals that relief in the suit are sought mainly against the D-1
and D-2 only. Hence, following order is passed-
ORDER
1. Application Exh.6 For withdrawal of suit is allowed.
2. In view of unconditional withdrawal of the suit, L. C. Suit No. 509 of
2020 stands disposed off for want of prosecution.
3. In view of disposal of the suit N. M No. 1606/20 stands disposed of
for want of prosecution with further directions to the plaintiff to tender
the registered NM on record for office purpose.
