Both parties have filed minutes of decree on admission. Taken on
record. It is marked as Exh-13.

Both parties and their counsel are present. Both parties have
filed minutes of decree on admission at Exh-13. Parties are
verified with terms and conditions in said document at Exh-
13. They have admitted and agreed the contents in the said
document at Exh-13. It is read and recorded. It appears that
defendants have agreed to pay an amount of Rs.11,00,000/-
to the plaintiff towards plaintiff towards full and final
settlement in installments. Further, defendants have agreed.
they shall be liable to pay interest @ 18 % p. a. on
committing default. Defendant No.1 Mr. Vikas Parmar,
Director of defendant company has signed on behalf of
defendants minutes of decree on admission at Exh-13.
Defendants have filed verified copy of extract of resolution
dated 02.02.2023. Thus, it appears that both parties have
voluntarily agreed to settle the matter, in view of terms and
conditions in the minutes of decree on admission at Exh-13.
The plaintiff and defendants have filed their self attested
copies of Aadhar card to the document at Exh-13. Therefore,
it is necessary to dispose of the suit as settled by way of
compromise, in view of minutes of decree on admission at
Exh-13. It is submitted on behalf of counsel for plaintiff
decree on admission, in view of Order-12, Rule 6 of Civil
Procedure Code may be passed. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order:-
Order
1. Summary suit No. 309 of 2018 is disposed off in view
of Order-12, Rule 6 of Civil Procedure Code in view of
minutes of decree on admission at Exh-13.
2. The minutes of decree on admission at Exh-13 shall
form part of the decree.
3. Parties to bear their own costs.
4. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
