motion.Considering the reason mentioned to condone the
delay caused to file written statement the delay is condone in
the interest of justice subject to cost of Rs. 1000/-. It is
submitted on behalf of the defendant no. 2 that their reply of
N/M is already ready and his ready to tender the same on
