Commericial Suit No.954 of 2021, SM Express Logistics Pvt Ltd vs Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. is decreed in terms of Award passed in Lokadalal (Exh.09), Consent terms(Exh.07) and withdrwal of suit pursis (Exh.08).. 2. Award passed in Lokadalal (Exh.09) and consent terms (Exh.07) shall form part and parcel of the Decree. 3. Pending Notice of Motion / applications, if any, shall stand disposed off. 4.
