L O K – A D A L A T A W A R D
The dispute between the parties is referred for
determination to the Lok Adalat. The parties have compromised /
settled the dispute as per Appendix I.
1. Commericial Suit No.954 of 2021, SM Express
Logistics Pvt Ltd vs Tata AIG General Insurance
Company Ltd. is decreed in terms of Award passed in
Lokadalal (Exh.09), Consent terms(Exh.07) and
withdrwal of suit pursis (Exh.08)..
2. Award passed in Lokadalal (Exh.09) and consent terms
(Exh.07) shall form part and parcel of the Decree.
3. Pending Notice of Motion / applications, if any, shall
stand disposed off.
4. Parties shall bear their own costs.
5. Court fees, be refunded, if any, to the plaintiffs, as per
rules.
6. Compromise decree be drawn up, accordingly.
