Mr.Vithoba Korgaonkar, the authorized representative
of the plaintiff is present along with his Advocate. Advocate for
defendant present. The plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit. The
plaintiff filed application/pursis at Exh.18 for withdrawal of the
suit. The defendant has no objection for withdrawal of the suit.
In view of application/pursis at Exh.18, the plaintiff is permitted
to withdraw the suit unconditionally. Hence, I proceed to pass
the following order :
ORDER
1. Commercial Suit No. 1313 of 2021 is disposed off as
withdrawn.
