It is submitted that the name of defendant no. 2 now has been changed from, ‘Omkar Raitrase Pvt. Ltd.,’ to ‘Omkar Raitrase and Develpers Pvt. Ltd.’ The Ld. Advocate for defendants asked to pass suitable order.
