Veena Shrikant Naik was plaintiff No.1(a) in this suit. However, she died on 18.03.2019 leaving behind him, present plaintiff No.1(b) is daughter of the deceased plaintiff No.1(a) and plaintiff No. 1 (c) is son deceased plaintiff No.1(a). -- 1 of 3 -- 2 Ch/s. 286/2020 Therefore, they are praying to delete the name of plaintiff No.1(a) from the cause title of the plaint. 3. Defendant No.1/BMC has filed say and resisted the chamber summons. 4. I have gone through the Chamber Summons and say. Heard the arguments advanced by both sides advocates. 5. Death certificate of deceased plaintiff No.1(a) Smt. Veena Shrikant Naik is filed on record. On perusal of the same, it reveals that she died on 18.03.2019. Thus, the Chamber Summons deserves to be allowed and I pass the following order. ORDER 1. Chamber Summons No.286/ 2020 is hereby allowed . 2.
