Perused the chamber summons which is supported by an affidavit of Senior Manager Accounts of decree holder company Coastal Energy Pvt. Ltd. The affidavit of service is filed. The contents of Para No.3 of the affidavit in support of chamber summons states that the decree holder is apprehending that the judgment debtor sale or disposed of or create third party rights of its properties. Considering the nature of the money decree which has remained unsatisfied for a period of thirty days, this chamber summons its to be considered under the provisions of Order 21 Rule 41 (2) of the CPC, wherein the judgment debtor needs to be directed to state the particular of its assets. Hence, I pass the following order-
ORDER
