By this Chamber Summons plaintiff/Decree holder prayer for amendment as per schedule. It is his contention that plff.no.2 namely Mrs. Kirtika Ashok Dedhia took Disha on 22.01.2018 as per Tenets of Jainism. She has renounced worldly affairs which result into civil death of natural family and member of spiritual family. Plff no.1 being the husband devolves with all her rights in her property. Therefore her name is required to be deleted from the title clause. Deft showed no objection for the same. It is nowhere contention of Deft that she has not taken any Diksha as stated. Therefore in the light of above circumstances, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons no.253/18 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2. Plaintiff to comply the order on or before next date.
