ORAL ORDER
1. In the present proceedings, vide Exh.60, the parties have entered
into compromise and accepted the terms of compromise. It is
further submitted that the matter was kept in abeyance in view of
certain doubts in the mind of defendant No.2. Accordingly, it is

seen that as part of order dated 17.04.2025, an affidavit for
compliance filed at Exh.64, plaintiff made due compliance of
payment of Rs.17 Lakhs to defendant No.2. Defendant No.2
subsequently has remained absent. Considering same, the consent
terms between the parties are already accepted. Hence, I pass the
following order.
O R D E R
1. Decree be drawn in terms of compromise at Exh.60. Suit is
disposed off in terms of compromise pursis at Exh.60.
2. In such circumstances, application at Exh.61 stands disposed off.
3. Notice of Motion No.844 of 2019, Notice of Motion No. 941 of
2019, Notice of Motion No.3794 of 2019 and Notice of Motion
No.4829 of 2019 stands disposed off in view of above decree
being passed.
4. Parties to bear their own costs.
