Read an application and heard the learned advocate for the
applicant. S.C. Suit No.377 of 2011 was disposed of on 20.07.2017 in
view of the amicable consent terms dated 13.04.2017.
2 After disposal of the said suit, the defendant no.1 Pramod
Shankar Sawant died. His widow is the applicant herein. The learned
advocate for the applicant was representing her husband in the suit.
She has filed this application to get back the original documents
produced by the defendant no.1 in the suit.

3 In support of this application, the applicant has filed
Marriage Certificate, Aadhar Card and PAN Card. She is duly identified
by the advocate for deceased defendant no.1. Hence, the order.
ORDER
Miscellaneous Application No.28 of 2020 is allowed.
2 The documents filed by the defendant no.1 in S.C. Suit
No.377/2011 be returned to the applicant on placing their true copies
on record.
3 Miscellaneous Application No.28 of 2020 stands disposed
of accordingly.
