not aware about the new addresses. In such situation
presence of Deft. cannot be secured except by way of
publication of writ of summons in news paper. Hence order.

Plaintiff is permitted to publish the writ of summons in
Free Press Journal and Nav-Shakti upon the payment of
necessary charges as per rule.
