plaintiff bank.
2. Perused the notification dated 22/2/2017 of Government of
India. State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has been acquired by State Bank
of India with effect from 01/04/2017, therefore, name of the original
plaintiff is required to be changed as a State Bank of India. Hence, I
proceed to pass following order.
