ORDER BELOW EXH.6
Read the application. Heard the advocate for the
plaintiff and defendant. It is submitted that in view
of the consent terms dated 26.07.2022 filed before
Hon’ble High Court, the plaintiff are withdrawing
this suit. In view of the facts stated in the application
the plaintiffs are allowed to withdraw this suit
unconditionally and in view of consent terms dated
26.07.2022. Accordingly, application Exh.6 is
allowed. I proceed to pass order below Exh.1.

Read the application Exh.6 and today’s order passed
thereon. The plaintiffs are allowed to withdraw the
suit unconditionally and in view of consent terms
dated 26.07.2022, hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
2. Plaintiffs are entitled for Court fees as per rule.
