The plaintiff filed instant Chamber Summons for substituted service upon defendant by affixing a copy of the writ in some conspicuous place and on the last known address of the defendant. 2. It is contended by the Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff that the earlier service could not be made on the defendant as the address is incomplete. However, they came to know recently that the defendant is still operating from the same address, but the defendant is trying to avoid the service. Hence, Plaintiff prayed for the substituted services. -- 1 of 3 -- CS.352/19 in Suit no. 857/15 2 3. Heard Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff. Perused Chamber Summons as well as Service Affidavit of Bailiff for the reasons stated in the Chamber Summons. In my view, plaintiff made out case for substituted service.
