The same is not going to change the nature of the suit, but is necessary to decide the real controversy between the parties.  Hence I pass the following order.
ORDER
1.Draft chamber summons is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons within two days and shall supply the copy of the amended plaint upon the deft/MCGM within two days thereafter.
3. Draft chamber is disposed of accordingly.
4. It be registered for statistical purposes.
