ORAL ORDER
By instant Chamber Summons the plaintiff wants to correct
description of the suit premises. The defendant MCGM has objected the
Chamber Summons on the ground that it will change nature of the suit.
The amendment is sought at early stage to make correction in the
description and to explain non existence of Room no.1A in Block No.32.

This amendment does not change nature of the suit. Moreover, if such
amendment is not allowed, it will create multiplicity of proceedings.
Hence, order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.350 of 2019 is allowed and made absolute
in terms of prayer clause(a).
2. The plaintiff is directed to carry out amendment accordingly on
or before next date.
